users of ProviderLink and any new employees that will be using
your ProviderLink account. A summary of our standard

This class will review the functions of the Covisint login and
is for facility and security administrators who have recently
re-registered their user name. You must have already re-registered

Introduction to ProviderLink |
This class will teach the value of ProviderLink, accessing the
application, creating patient records, adding patient documentation, sending messages and
reading messages. This class is for new users or users that need an overview of ProviderLink at your facility. A username and password must be created by a facility administrator if the user is new. |

Facility Administration Techniques |
PL201 teaches ProviderLink Facility Administrators and Super Users how to
configure and maintain their ProviderLink system. Topics include user
administration, creating and configuring work lists and mailboxes,
developing message templates, and building distribution lists.

(with Facility Administrator privileges for their facility)
and have basic ProviderLink knowledge. |

The ProviderLink E-Forms Designer is an easy to use design tool for
creating freely distributable electronic forms. You will learn how to
build and deploy forms using the E-Forms Designer taking advantage of
features like field type, field validation, section layout, and signature
areas. Attendees must have a valid ProviderLink user name and password
(with Facility Administrator privileges for their facility) and have
basic ProviderLink Facility Administrator and workflow knowledge. |

Sending Medical Denial 213 through ProviderLink |
NC Dept. of Medical Assistance is accepting medical
213 denials through ProviderLink. When you receive
a 213 denial code, you may fax attach the clinical information,
RA report, and EOB and send them to DMA through ProviderLink.
DMA will review the information and submit the override
to EDS, if applicable, through ProviderLink. The process
is expedited by sending the documentation electronically
instead of through postal mail. Users must know how to
login, create a patient record, and navigate around the
Main Window. |
