Training - Overview
Even the best technology provides limited benefit if it's not
being used fully and properly. Training is conducted with the
goal of providing end users with tools to improve knowledge
of ProviderLink features and further solidify workflow integration.
While our implementation process emphasizes workflow integration
and customized training, there are ongoing training needs that
we can help you meet.
- Web-Based Training (WBT)
We offer Web-Based Training (WBT modules) for many standard workflows.
This training method allows the student to learn at his
or her own pace and repeat modules as needed. Submit a Support Request to
gain access to these modules.
- Instructor-Led Webinars
For more specific workflows and processes, we conduct scheduled webinars.
A webinar is a web broadcast which enables learners from different facilities
to participate in a training event. The learner views the demonstration through
a web site while listening to the instructor through a conference call.

schedule of upcoming events.
- Instructor-Led Classroom Training
Some training topics are better suited for a classroom training environment.
Each quarter, we offer several onsite classes. Click here to view the schedule of upcoming events. From time to time, we offer regional training events and invite several providers
from that community. If your facility has a computer classroom and you would
like to host a training event for your community, please submit a Support Request.
- Customized Training
In addition to the standard training offerings, we can customize a training program to
meet an organization's specific needs. Facilities that have been online with
ProviderLink for an extended time will often request additional training and
consulting services to improve efficiency within their organization. For more
information about a customized on site training program, please submit a Support Request.
