09/25/2007 :: Communicate with EDS Provider Services Through ProviderLink
• General Medicaid and claim resolution correspondence can be sent, and responded to, through ProviderLink.
• Paper-based supporting documentation needed for claims resolution such as:
- Time Limit, Third Party, and Medicare override requests
• An electronic audit trail gives providers information on what information was sent to whom and when.
• NC Medicaid also allows the following online transactions via ProviderLink.
- NC Medicaid DME Prior Authorizations
- NC Medicaid PASARR and FL-2s
- NC Medicaid Mental Health Authorizations
- NC Medicaid Credit Balance Reports
