Implementation Support
Up front planning is critical to the success of a ProviderLink implementation. While
ProviderLink is very easy to learn, larger organizations will need the assistance of a
ProviderLink consultant to help setup workflows, mailboxes, routing rules, templates,
form usage and alerts to maximize the benefits of this technology. Our consultants work
with each customer to define workflows and make recommendations for the optimal use of
ProviderLink. Our consultants have seen countless innovative ways savvy organizations
have utilized ProviderLink technology and they bring this knowledge and these ideas
to your implementation process.
Implementation Steps
Every organization is unique and our Implementation Consultants
tailor each implementation and training plan to your
organization. All implementations go through four phases.
The amount of time spent on each step depends on the
size of the organization and the complexity of its communication
workflows. The phases are:
- Planning - By far the longest phase, planning entails designing workflows,
identifying training topics and setting benchmarks which will help us measure
the success of the implementation.
- Setup - This includes creating user accounts, online forms, uploading fax
contact information and any other data that needs to be available for the facility.
- Training/Go-Live - We encourage customers to start using ProviderLink the
day they are trained. This helps to solidify learning and results in a more
consistent adoption of the workflows within an organization.
- Follow Up - Shortly after go live and periodically thereafter, we will review
workflows and make suggestions for optimizing the use of ProviderLink.
