Streamlining communication and ensuring that information is never lost or misrouted is the core of the ProviderLink application. Our Help desk operates with the same goal in mind. Our support professionals are responsive, knowledgeable, and understand the importance of information getting to the right place. We are dedicated to providing exceptional support to our valued customers. Our professional help desk staff is available to answer system related questions and to troubleshoot problems. All support calls are tracked to ensure requests are documented, escalated appropriately, and monitored to resolution.

If you are an existing ProviderLink user and need assistance, there are several ways to get help depending on the type of problem or question that you may have. Please review the user support options listed below to help you select the one which is most appropriate for your problem or question.

  • If you need your PASSWORD RESET OR UNSUSPENDED, contact your ProviderLink facility administrator within your company.

  • If you need to report a problem or submit a question regarding the ProviderLink application, please complete the form to the right.
